Beauty Quantum Aesthetics was established in February 2023, but its roots run deeper.
Before opening the clinic, Marci spent over eight years working in pharmacy, gaining clinical insight and earning the trust of her community. Her journey into aesthetics began with foundation training and evolved through ongoing advanced courses — all fuelled by a passion to blend pharmaceutical precision with personalised beauty care.
In June 2025, she took the leap, going full-time with the clinic to meet growing demand from loyal clients across High Wycombe, Marlow, Amersham, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead, and surrounding areas.

Marci Balcescu brings together a rare combination of clinical background, artistic eye, and personal care. As a qualified Level 3 pharmacy technician and trained aesthetics provider, she delivers every treatment with safety, subtlety, and skill.
