Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be subtracted from your total balance on the day of your visit. Cancellations Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of48 hours' notice without forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment or no-shows result in the loss of your deposit. Frequent cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.
Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been performed. In the event of an adverse reaction or complication, we will provide the necessary professional support and follow-up care.
Lateness
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and their deposit may be forfeited.
Clinic Discretion
We reserve the right to decline treatment it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
