Welcome to Beauty Quantum Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Deposits

• All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.

• Deposits are transferable once if 48-hour notice is provided for rescheduling.

• No-shows or cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will result in deposit loss.

Treatment Policy

• Treatments are performed following a medical consultation and prescriber approval (where applicable).

• Results vary per individual; top-ups may be required at an additional cost.

• Clients must be 18 years or older and not pregnant or breastfeeding.

Payments

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer or via secured link to our business bank account. 

• Full balance is due on the day of treatment.

Aftercare & Consent

• Clients receive digital aftercare instructions after each appointment.

• Consent and medical forms must be completed before treatment begins.

Refunds

• Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not offered once a procedure is performed.

Privacy

• All personal and medical information is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
